Real estate purchase procedure
- although a contract depends on autonomous free will of the parties, a legal expert (attorney-at-law) will make sure that both contracting parties are equally protected and that the contract is "in equilibrium"

- there are legal instruments that guarantee the absolute protection of buyer's investment even before the registration of the right of ownership
- payment of the purchase price can be executed, depending on will of the parties:
- all at once (una tantum)
- advance payment + remaining amount
- through instalment payments
- by depositing certain documents with an attorney-at-law, according to conditions and modus of that particular purchase and sale, a legal expert makes sure that the purchase and sale is concluded according to the terms agreed upon.
- the contents of the contract of purchase and sale is adapted to the circumstances of each purchase and sale separately, and legal expertise and flexibility is guaranteed to the contracting parties during the whole procedure of purchase and sale, until the registration of the right of ownership in favour of the buyer
- the contracts are, according to need, drafted in a bilingual or plurilingual form with professional support of a court interpreter, so that all contracting parties could in due time understamd the contents of the document they are signing
