Tips for easier sale
- Prepare the property for photography. Put yourself in the buyer's role. What kind of pictures do you want to see? This is absolutely the most important aspect of successful advertising and eventual sale.
- Clean and prepare the property, put things in their place and temporarily remove personal items such as family photos, clothes, shoes, bags, keys, cigarettes, newspapers, and the like
- Open the shutters and let natural light into the room
- Turn on the lights in the rooms
- Use advice from the Internet or advice from interior design magazines
- Set, with the help of an agent, a realistic property price that will match current market conditions.
Selling a property is a dynamic process and just posting an ad is not enough. If you really want to actively participate in the sale of the property, keep the property relatively tidy so that it can be viewed at any time
